01

About these terms

This website is operated by LEVYLOOM LIMITED, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17302243. Our registered office is 85 Kings Road, Chelmsford, England, CM1 2BB.

These terms apply when you use this website. If you do not agree to them, please stop using it. You should also read our privacy notice and cookie policy.

Website terms only

These terms do not govern an account, pilot, subscription, customer workspace, professional engagement, data-processing service, or other Levyloom product. Any such service requires its own separately agreed terms, scope, privacy information, and security commitments before it begins.

02

Information, not professional advice

The website explains a proposed approach to regulated tax work and shows illustrative interface patterns. It is general information only. It is not tax, accounting, legal, investment, financial, regulatory, or other professional advice and should not be used as the basis for a filing, transaction, deadline, or decision.

Product examples, case data, calculations, review states, authority observations, filing states, and evidence paths shown here are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise. They are not a live customer account, authority record, filing confirmation, customer outcome, or promise that a feature is available.

Obtain advice suited to your facts and independently verify information before acting. No part of this website creates a professional-client, fiduciary, agency, partnership, employment, or other advisory relationship.

03

Permitted and prohibited use

You may view the website and print or download a reasonable extract for your personal or internal business reference, provided you do not alter it or remove source and rights notices.

You must not:

  • use the website unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm another person;
  • attempt to bypass security, test for vulnerabilities without written permission, disrupt service, introduce malicious code, or gain unauthorised access;
  • use automated requests in a way that degrades the website, ignores access controls, or imposes an unreasonable load;
  • misrepresent Levyloom content, imply a relationship or endorsement that does not exist, or use the website to deceive another person;
  • reproduce, publish, sell, license, or commercially exploit a substantial part of the website except with permission or where the law allows it; or
  • infringe intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other legal rights.

You may report a security concern privately to admin@levyloom.com. Do not include live client or confidential third-party data in an initial report.

04

Intellectual property

Unless a credit or separate licence says otherwise, Levyloom or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website's design, text, code, illustrations, graphics, and branding. These terms give you permission to use the website as described above; they do not transfer ownership.

“Levyloom” and associated visual identifiers may be protected as business names, trade marks, or other source identifiers. Do not use them in a way that suggests sponsorship, certification, endorsement, or affiliation without written permission.

The Houses of Parliament photograph is credited to its photographer and source from the landing page. Third-party names, marks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

05

Links, availability, and security

Links to third-party websites are provided for context or attribution. Levyloom does not control those sites and a link does not by itself mean that we approve their content, security, privacy practices, products, or views. Their own terms apply.

You may link to a public page in a fair and lawful way that does not damage our reputation or imply an association that does not exist. Do not frame the website or present a link as an endorsement.

We aim to keep the website available and accurate but may change, suspend, withdraw, or restrict any part without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. You are responsible for your own device, connection, browser configuration, and appropriate security protections.

06

Responsibility and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its general information are provided without a promise that they are complete, current, accurate for your circumstances, continuously available, or fit for a particular decision. Levyloom is not responsible for a loss caused by treating illustrative or general website content as professional advice or a live product record.

If you use the website for business purposes, Levyloom is not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for indirect or consequential loss or for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, anticipated saving, goodwill, or data arising from the public website. Any liability connected with a separately contracted Levyloom service is governed by that service's signed terms, not these website terms.

If you are legally treated as a consumer, nothing here affects mandatory consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded.

07

Changes, severability, and governing law

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, our business, or the law. The updated terms apply from the date shown at the top of this page. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

These terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from the website are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law gives a consumer the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

Questions about these terms can be sent to admin@levyloom.com.
