Our accessibility commitment
We aim for the public website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Accessibility is treated as a product quality and operating responsibility, not as a one-time overlay or certification badge.
We work to make the site perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust, including when text is enlarged, motion is reduced, colours are overridden, JavaScript is unavailable, or a keyboard is used instead of a pointer.

Current status
Designed toward WCAG 2.2 AA; final manual review remains open
The current release candidate has passed automated accessibility checks, semantic and keyboard regression tests, forced-colour and reduced-motion checks, and responsive browser tests. We do not yet claim full conformance because a complete manual assistive-technology review and physical-device assessment have not been signed off.
This is a self-assessment based on code review, automated tooling, keyboard journeys, browser automation, and visual inspection. Automated results can find important failures but cannot prove that an experience is accessible or usable for everyone.

Accessibility features in the current site
- Semantic headings, landmarks, lists, links, buttons, radio groups, and tables.
- A skip link that moves directly to the main content.
- Visible keyboard focus and native keyboard operation for controls.
- Meaningful text labels; status and meaning are not communicated by colour alone.
- Responsive layouts designed for narrow screens, zoom, text wrapping, and reflow.
- Reduced-motion behaviour for people who request it through their device settings.
- Support for forced-colour preferences and resilient high-contrast focus treatment.
- A useful no-JavaScript reading and navigation baseline.
- Local imagery with alternative text or an intentionally decorative treatment.
- No audio, autoplaying video, timed task, drag-only control, or flashing content.

Known assessment gaps
We have not yet completed the final release review with VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, a second agreed screen-reader and browser combination, every target physical mobile device, or a native 400% zoom workflow. There may be usability issues those checks reveal that automated testing has not found.
The current wordmark and visual identity are also provisional. If approved brand assets or colours change, contrast, text alternatives, focus visibility, zoom, and reflow must be tested again before the change is treated as complete.
If you encounter an issue not listed here, please tell us. A real barrier takes priority over this assessment summary.

Email admin@levyloom.com with the subject “Accessibility feedback”. It helps if you include:
- the page address and the part of the page concerned;
- what you were trying to do and what happened;
- your browser, device, and assistive technology, if you are comfortable sharing them; and
- the format or adjustment that would help.
We will review the barrier, acknowledge your message as soon as reasonably possible, and explain what we can do. You can also ask for website information in an alternative accessible format. We will consider the request and any reasonable adjustment needed to provide access.

Technical information and review
The site uses standards-based HTML, CSS, and a small amount of JavaScript for progressive enhancement. It is designed to work with current standards-compliant browsers and common assistive technologies, while retaining core content and links when JavaScript is unavailable.
This statement's current assessment was prepared on 19 July 2026. It will be reviewed after the outstanding manual and physical-device checks, after a material design or technology change, and at reasonable intervals once the site is deployed.
